Have anyone applied to Technische Hochschule ULM Computer Science? Am thinking of applying but don't know if is possible they waive the £1,500 semester tuition fee for Nigerians like other schools would do.

I want to also know if they allow instalment payment.

You have to get admitted first before thinking of such considerations, for now they don't really know you as you haven't applied for any program yet.

In situations where you are finally admitted, I would suggest you contact the program coordinator on this, giving specific facts about the schools you know are waiving tuition fees for African students.

Also download the Baden wurttemberg state law on education, in it lies a strong statement on tuition fees waiver for ACP countries of which Nigerian is a beneficiary. Get this documents handy cos they might request to see it, Germans like you to prove your points.

As an update to the question I asked earlier about prices for mailing documents to Germany from Nigeria:

1. EMS costs around 13k and gets there in 10 days
2. DHL costs 26k and gets there in 3 days
3. Fedx costs 17k and gets there in 3 days
4. UPS normally costs 18k gets there in 4 days, but they said they're running a promo now so it now costs 12.5k

These prices are for documents being sent from Onitsha. I just want to put it out there for someone who might need the information.

This issue have been discussed extensively, but you failed to do the needful. Even if you don't want to read, a smart search using keywords based on what you are looking for, take for instance ects, will bring out options for you.

Anyway go to page 151, there's a comment by adeniyi, digest it very well and apply it for your case. All the very best.

Folks , uni assist sent me their evaluation I got 1.8 on a german school and it was been forwarded to the department .

I think we admission results will be around June , I hope I will not be too late to apply for german student visa

masters or bsc?

You need to read thru the application process of the Course u applying to properly and carefully before even applying
From the screenshot ...you would get a vpd from uniassist after they process your documents (which takes 3-5weeks)you would then use the vpd with other documents(check the requirements
and procedure on the course page) to apply on portal of the school(that is where u would select the course)
