2Ballz:

If your leg ulcer refuse to heal perhaps due to high blood sugar or tumor infiltration or slow dynamics of venous flow or whatever the cause may be, you have to seek management from a university teaching hospital.
Clinic/Ward of relevance:
1. Surgery clinic/ward
2. Geriatics unit(depending on your age)
3. Diabetic health center/unit
Thanks 2Ballz.

What sort of help do you want, is it that you are afraid to having a poor semen volume and quick ejaculation at same time during your masturbation? Or, when having sex with a partner you just find out those problems?
Or, you want an advice on how to stop masturbation?

Hi Doc,the miscarriage bleeding has stopped, no more cramps and the likes . My question is that should I wait for my menstrual flow before I start trying again for a baby? Or can I start trying immediately?

Curvyprecious,

You may just be facing what I term, "late-start-early-retirement", like someone that has Poor ovarian reserve.Lol.

Don't mind me, please!
Kindly do the following let's see what may be around;
1. Pelvic ultrasound.
2. Hormone profiling of your reproductive hormones( LH, FSH, Estradiol, progesterone, prolactin).
3. Antral follicle counting(not much necessary).

My differential diagnosis could likely be:
1. Asymptomatic PCOS
2. Hormonal imbalance either with
i. low level serum estrogen
ii. high level serum estrogen
3. PID
4. No known cause or just a normal body changes.
pls how much does hormone profile and fsh costs

Hi
My Friend is living with Hepatitis B and she is pregnant. Base on online research I did I assured her that after 6 months her immune system will wipe off the virus, and she should make sure to register antenatal at reputable hospital so that the baby will not contact it.

The Doctor in the house should come and shed more light on Hepatitis B and probability of being free from it, because she's very disturbed and couldn't sleep even till now.

She's not showing any symptom, I mean she's healthy but the blood test comfim her HBSAG positive. She didn't know how long the virus has been there, the last blood test she did was like two years back and she was negative before this current one.

I really need enlightenment on it, and what she can do to help the situation.

Good day doc. For weeks now i have been having this lightheaded feeling. It will be like my head and neck are shaking a bit and any noise makes me shock too.

When it started i went to the hospital and was diagnosed with malaria and thyphiod, which i have treated already.

Now i just sit at home, rest and sleep but i still feel lightheaded.

What could be the issue.

Note: Before my being sick, i was working so hard and i feel the stress broke me down.
I started having some shortness in breath and chest congestion of which i was prescribed zannit antibiotics and that's all gone now.

Just know that price varies with places. But then, holding up 20k-25kk can fix it up.

Age?
Do you experience as well a kind of heaviness to stand after lying down for sometimes and when you eventually does, you feel like slipping off?
Does it come and go, the lightheadedness?
Does it come sometimes with dizziness?
Are you recovering from any illness?
What do you mean by a chest congestion, describe it for me.

What kind of work you do?
Do you think, you are being stressed?
Have you being missing meals?
Do you sweat often?
Do you find yourself thirsty often?
Do you pass urine in greater frequency?
How much of water do you take daily?

Do you know your blood pressure?
Any history of any health problem you have had before?

My work was laundry and dry cleaning but i have stopped it now.

No i haven't been missing meals.

I don't know if you've already attended to the problem. If you have not, you should visit a dental specialist referred to as Oral Pathologist or Oral medicine specialist. I think you may have what we call "burning mouth syndrome". Not every dental ailment is all about mouthwashes.. Some (such as this) require some investigations and actual medical treatment by the doctor (dental surgeon/specialist). Visit a teaching hospital with various dental departments

Stop the drug you may not have typhoid (or whatever you're been treated for). Do a stool m/c/s If you really have typhoid it'd appear there and the right drug be administered to you.
