What question are you asking , each village will manage their own resources and pay tax to central government.

What concern Asaba with Ijaw community. Even Ijaw communities have different villages from one state to another.

I am trying to understand you guys idea of resource control.
You should understand that the oil business is a very specialised and complex business. You just can't walk with a shovel and pick crude from the ground. You need complex international and national relationships to do oil business. You need to bring in foreign expertise to even search for the oil at great expenses. These companies have very powerful government backings. Once oil is discovered, the mining is another cup of coffee altogether. After mining marketing and selling is also another ball game regulated by international trade and treaties. You guys think normal oil business is done like the way oil bunkerers steal oil and take to open waters to sell to illegal buyers. Governments can't operate that way. I have cousins that used to do illegal oil bunkering, so I know what I am talking about.

We know that the Akpa people installed their son as King over Arochukwu to facilitate the sale on Ebowls enmasse as slaves via Calabar.

We know this already

The Akpa kings are still there to this day

Permit me to jump on this one but this doesn't concern the Afonjas. This is case between a Master and his boy; Asari and Kanu. The former confirmed the kind of relationship between the two and instead of 'attacking' Asari like IPOB followers do you turn to Afonjas.

You're being referred to as a slave and you are effortlessly acting like one. I am flabberwhelmed! grin
i'm overgasted cheesy

it's time we recognized ijaw as 3rd biggest tribe.

We cannot have slaves occupying that spot

And you're a British citizen hiding in England. Such a coward.
I pity you, the day wey you go overrun your mouth, they go con finally get time for you. Bundle and hand you over to Nigeria...you go know how far....Ask Julian Assange of Wiki Leaks

I'm very much in support of the disintegration of Nigeria and emancipation of the South-South and South-East.
But this Nnamdi Kanu guy is not only a joker but a fraud. This guy started well but obviously, he has lost it. Imagine the idiot being referred to as a supreme leader. IPOB is now like a religion
Was their ever a time he started well?

By branding insults, high handedness, issuing threats etc.

He only started as an attention seeker cos he was jobless then he was fortunate to find a bunch that believe they are poor and hungry because they are Nigerians.

He played on that bias and added the religion combo to it (which is the mother of all brain wash).

He immediately cashed on it by elevating himself to a god like status (even in Judaism which he imposonate they don't worship or elevate man).

So you have that combo of bias plus religion so his followers are so boxed up they are now external cash cows even though he is just a lazy jobless, porn actor, idol worshipper.

You see them defending the undefendable, they are even confuse on how low they can go, its not their fault they are now condemned to this just not to offend god ,in their opinion

You still haven't said anything. The oil is drilled by foreigners, the pipelines or badges that convey the crude to loading docks for onward shipping abroad is controlled by foreigners and the sale of the crude is by foreign agents in foreign bank accounts. How will each community control the oil being drilled and sold?

Your question is somehow, Biafra is a country that will have a federal central government then each community have their boundaries, then it is not a business of a community how foreign companies is using their technology to do their work, what the communities control is employment, money that comes out and environmental control with the central government which receive tax from the money earned.
