The story sounds fishy to me. I mean what evidence do they have that the heinous act was committed by Nigerians besides words of the deceased child elder brother? What reason would they have to kill a 2-year-old? If it's in Nigeria, I would say it's most likely was for rituals but in Ghana? I might be wrong. I think they should conduct an investigation and if evidence bears out that Nigerians committed the murder of the innocent little boy, then those involved deserve to be punished to the full extent of the law.
