You have to get admitted first before thinking of such considerations, for now they don't really know you as you haven't applied for any program yet.

In situations where you are finally admitted, I would suggest you contact the program coordinator on this, giving specific facts about the schools you know are waiving tuition fees for African students.

Also download the Baden wurttemberg state law on education, in it lies a strong statement on tuition fees waiver for ACP countries of which Nigerian is a beneficiary. Get this documents handy cos they might request to see it, Germans like you to prove your points.

With this piece of information from you, I feel much better. Just came across it on their FAQ (Uni. Hohenheim), that students from ACP and LDC states are exempted from study fees upon request.

If you are sure then maybe yes you can book a date. It would be selfish and wicked if we tell you not too book one, I was once against booking early but then someone explained you can have your AL and BA/SL ready then you won’t get a date and that’s how you miss your opportunity. So if you are sure, book on time but please make sure you endeavor to cancel a week before time If all things don’t go according to plan. Wish you the best,

I submitted my application online via uniassist and paid the fees for the 2 schools about 3 weeks ago, forwarded my application via DHL and its website shows that it had been received last 2 weeks. Till now, I haven’t received a mail from Uniassist and my applications are still reading ‘submitted, yet to be processed’, on uniassist website.
