He is the one that played the U18 FA cup final. He is really good. I don't know which is better between him and his elder brother that played once for Manchester City.

Hoffenheim striker Chinedu Ekene opts out of U20 World Cup with Flying Eagles

SCORENIGERIA understands that highly-rated Hoffenheim striker Chinedu Ekene has opted out of the U20 World Cup-bound Flying Eagles.

The reason for the decision of Ekene, 19, not to be part of the Flying Eagles training camp in Germany has not been fully ascertained.

‘Chine’, who is on Nigeria’s provisional squad for the U20 World Cup in Poland, was at hometown Bayer Leverkusen for 12 years before he joined Hoffenheim U23s in the regional league last year.

The striker, whose father is Nigerian, has represented Germany at U15 and U17 levels.

In 2016, he won the Germany U17 championship with Bayer Leverkusen

Fisayo is one of the stars in camp. Aigbogun thinks his talent is crazy from what i hear. Really good. Aigbogun has done a great job convincing these boys.

By the way, it looks like Samu will play AFCON. I am hearing that he has pulled out of the under 20 team.

It was obvious the day he came on as a substitute for Manchester city U18 in the FA cup final. Hope he makes the team.

What is Aigbogun's impression about his elder brother?

Was it his brother that came on and changed the game the other day we almost lost?

Goodluck to Samu. He deserves to play in AFCON.

Aigbogun should replace him with Noah Okafor though they don't play the same wing.

He can check out Bobby Adekanye that is on his way to Lazio. He might be a perfect replacement on that wing. Even Marvin Park is another option.

There have also been some impressive home based lads.

There is a boy called Saheed Jubril who is said to have a very good left foot. He just joined Plateau United from an academy,

Some Barca fans just don't like him because he doesn't play the Barca way.
Dude is a great tactician. I feel like Unai Emery - he tends to set up his team based on the opponents instead of playing his way. This isn't always a bad thing but Barca is a big club. It's why he's seen as underwhelming at times.

Which do you think is better?

Prepare your team your own way; based on available players, play your formation etc

OR

Prepare your team based on the all-round challenge the opponent will bring; change your formation, play defensive etc

Both Fisayo and Tom have been good but i hear the younger bro, fisayo has unreal talent.

Hamdi Akujobi, i hear plays like a typical dutch player. More technical than physical.

If I have Messi - A of course. But if I have the midfield they have and are playing as a super energetic, high pressing side like Liverpool - I'd pick B.
Some Barca fans need to realize that this isn't 09 - 11 anymore. Arthur and Busquets(to a certain extent, dude is on wane) are the only press resistant mids that they have - so this thought of them dominating Liverpool with tiki taka is plain fantasy.
Valverde did well.

All in a bid to claim foreign based they'd go and join clubs with no pedigree or hopes of winning any cup. Like vanish spray, (puff), they'd just vanish like that.
Even a lowly rated ligue 1 club would still have given him much publicity. Clubs that it's only on Google we know if the win or not let alone him playing.

Maccabi Haifa.... Google club. Na wa.

Maccabi Haifa is one of the top clubs in Israel and well known around Europe.

Bayern Munich Star Alaba Reveals He Was Told To Pay A Bribe Before Playing For Nigeria U17

Bayern Munich Star Alaba Reveals He Was Told To Pay A Bribe Before Playing For Nigeria U17
Bayern Munich star David Alaba has sensationally revealed that he was asked to pay a bribe by the Golden Eaglets coaches before making the roster for the 2007 FIFA U17 World Cup, allnigeriasoccer.com can exclusively report.

Born in Vienna to a Filipino mother and Nigerian father, Alaba had been eligible to represent the Super Eagles before he became cap-tied to his country of birth, Austria.

The versatile defender has claimed that he trained with the Nigeria U17s which contained the likes of Lukman Haruna, Macauley Chrisantus and Rabiu Ibrahim ahead of the tournament in South Korea and impressed during the training camp.

The Golden Eaglets coaches wanted to collect money from Alaba but his mother insisted that there was no way she going to part with a single penny.

Speaking recently, the 26-year-old has labelled the Nigeria U17 coaches 'jokers' and has vowed not to respond to their greetings if he is approached by the coaches.

A six-time Austrian Footballer of the Year, Alaba has earned 68 caps for Austria, scoring 13 goals and represented the country at the 2016 European Championship.

B. I'm all for tactical flexibility. Sometimes your style of play might not be enough to win. Being an Arsenal fan and hearing Wenger say "we'll play our game" only to end up getting spanked 4-0 has changed my mind on how I see things.

I'll pick playing my team any day anytime. I think playing in a recognize system goes a long way in getting top level performances from players consistently. I've seen players stuck in limbo on the pitch because they're not used to the change in formation.
In this approach, the best option in each position gets to start. I will not play a lad out of position to cope with the opponent, I think it will only end worse for the team in general.

Only as a final resort(and not even in all cases) will I change formation (during play, in the 2nd half) : damage control, in dire need of a goal and a few other cases.
