#1 : DO NOT BURN IT. Cook on low heat.
#2 : Use very light meat stock like chicken stock.
Do not use stock used for red meat. It turns stew dark.

3: Use ATATODO and TATASHE(red peppers, remove the seeds). wink

4: If you use tomato paste or DeRica. . . make sure you fry it in oil before adding it to your stew.

Bottom line ?
Cook on LOW HEAT and TURN frequently.
