Nigeria govt has looted over 390 billion dollars since 1999. Nigerian leaders are among the highest paid politicians in the world. When I say in similar situation, do u think I mean in all ramifications? I don't fancy people who blame others for their own self caused problems. Malaysia is a good example. As at 1950s, the country was nothing to write home about to the point that world bank was was worried about it as it. Some of these countries were less developed as at 80 years ago.
