I have this Infinix Hot 4, it's just showing the charging symbol even though it's not plugged to any charger.
I also plugged it to the charger but still didn't charge. The charging symbol is just there like that showing that it's charging whereas it's not plugged to any electricity.

Its like infinix surname is "problems", no day will pass by without someone coming to complain of one problem

You need to change the charging port. Infinix hot 4 charging port na die. I changed my charging port three times in 2 years. I am happy I switched.
