Tlontin:

Economics and hospitality management does not proof a career progression.
Why did you chose the later course instead of economics? We’re you able to explain the reason(s) for that in your sop? Why not economics?

I thought Economics and management were related in some way... That is why I chose the course also i do love the hospitality and tourism business and i tried explaining it in my sop... I don't know, was it because it was an advanced diploma course or was it because it was not a public college... I'm kinda confused now... But i will be reapplying soon as i have decided to defer my admission till September and I will be doing it online maybe ti avoid the Nairobi "demons" handling the application...

ONLINE
Tlontin:

Online or paper route? You can get a biometric validity later anytime as it is just to notify you that you have done your biometrics and it is valid for 10years or so. Though boimetrics validation letter before medical request might not be good sign from the applications that I have seen,(my opinion)but I will advice you to be positive and prayerful. I wish you all the best.

This is a sign that my own will also come out successful

Hello guys. Please I need a bit of help. I am trying to apply for a study permit myself. I want to apply online Can anyone please list the documents I’ll need to submit?
Also I noticed when I opened the CIC site and clicked apply online they were talking about a GC key and another thing. Can anyone please help me explain what these mean? Thanks.
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 15 by Bracha: 6:55pm On May 15, 2019
O boy calm down abeg. If you die of hypertension now, who go go submit the passport when the request come? Breathe in, and out. Then repeat. Now is the time to pray, ain't nobody know what would happen from here onwards. All we can do is assume and conjecture.

It's left to you to pray, believe, pray believe, and repeat.

Good luck

Online or paper route, you can't be certain on the center handling your application. The first step of action you should take is to chose economics, which is related to your BSc. Make your next application simple as possible
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 15 by Bracha: 7:02pm On May 15, 2019
The GC key thing is actually pretty self-explanatory, BUT, I'll go over it.

GC Key is Government of Canada Key, and a signing in/signing up pattern for the CIC website. Another type of signing in pattern is with bank cards (the first option before GC Key).

If you're going for online application, sign in/sign up with GC Key because you don't have an account with those banks/financial institutions.

When you've signed up online, the list of documents will appear on your application page. Or, you can Google the “list of documents for Canada study permit.”

Good luck.

One can ascertain the centre processing their applicationafter submission of said application. Just send an email or a web form to any of the centres - London, Nairobi, Lagos - and if that centre is the wrong one, they'll forward that email to the right one, and may even copy you in that forwarded email. The right application centre will respond, even if it takes days.

Send a CSE to nairobi attaching your flight ticket information. Let the priority be urgent.

Sad they have to take passports all the way to kenya. Our country just keep degrading.

They don't!
It's base on first come first serve basis (there are lots of people that came before you that they have to attend to).
If you want yours to be on top priority, you have to show the doggedness.

Did u receive biometrics validation letter?
If yes at this point, refusal may be looming. But if no, you may likely get a medical request
