I don't think this people are real, i bought a domain from them this morning still showing pending. i message them through thier live chat no response then called thier customer care line switch off

He asked how would you transfer the domain name to them with confidence if it isn't a scam, you gave a link to undeveloped.com to buy from there or you transfer first and get paid after transfer. They went silent and next day you gave them more option to use sedo escrow or epik or Godaddy If they will bear the Godaddy 20% fees.

Then they reply that they will let you know next week.

Are these guys serious?

if i umderstand you very well, you gave the webmaster all the necessary options where he can buy the domain without any issue, which to me is enough for any serious buyer after which he went radio silent.

In my own opinion, it is either 1. the webmaster found another domain, 2. His budget was re-assigned to another place or 3. He decided to check your whois and found out your country of origin and because he hates anything nigerian, he ran away.

The third reason can be eliminated if the whois is totally on privacy.

This is why i always try to buy from namesilo or namecheap in other to eliminate the above third reason when a transaction breaks down.

I don become so wary of those oyinbos to the extent when i won do outbound, before i visit any potential buyer website, i change my ip to another country. Reason is some of them will go to their analytics to see if they can harmonise the time the email came in and the time of their last visit and possibly get the cointry the email originated from.

These are all my opinion and i may be wrong cos i m still learning.

And in each of the email exchanges with me, e Cc Ed the owner of the company.

I feel they are just being security conscious, may be it is their first time and need a round table discussion to decide.
