Morning guys,

PPRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

For guys who already submitted their passport. Please, how long am I required to stay at VFS for passport submission?

I need to sneak out of the office hence the question to have an idea of how long I will spend there.

you don spoil market for then them. I always wonder y people spend money on agents.
Its because some people are very lazy and ignorant cheesy, not ready to sacrifice time to learn. Beside, some of them don't even care about the money because it was given to them by their parents, so they don't understand how difficult it is to make such money. Goodluck to them

Congratulations!

Go with the letter for passport request and your passport. Just drop the passport and go home. When it's been processed you'll be notified on your online portal i.e MyCic account.

Well I am also doing a course related to my stuff, I have a Bachelor Of Agriculture degree and now doing my Msc agricultural science please do you expect me to donMba instead ?

toysleek:

Because if it were to be MBA or Msc comp, or any other course with the special fees, you would have paid between 10k to 20k CAD extra.. If not for career progression ish with the VOs, most people would gladly pick a course like yours.

Yes, of cause. Though each Canadian vasity has their own requirements for their Masters program. So you might want to check their website or contact them directly

Good luck!

Based on the information provided above,

Your agent messed up the whole application. Although VOs do make errors and atimes some come to abrupt decisions but remember that not just one VO will look at the application and definitely it will still go through final review before decisions are been made.

Now, do you know that I strongly go against using agent. Reason because they mess up applications and whatever the result maybe they will walk away with the huge deposit given to them.

Do you know there’s possibility of the agent putting a minor in your application who you don’t know but may have collected money from the client. Moreover, if it is successful you won’t know because all applications may depend on each other but are treated differently.

Do you know some agents are one this thread, they come and learn them make money out of it.

People will always fall for them, even if they know something like this thread even exist. those are the desperate and non chalant applicants who just believe money can do everything.

If you don’t want to use them again try to stylish ask them of what they submitted for you or you wait for like a year before you submit another application because a lot of things could change in ones life within or after 12months. Let’s be realistic.

Try to put up a convincing application and all will be fine.

You spoke well bro

Thanks for replying my post guzenaira.

My first application was submitted 14th June 2018 and refused July 17th 2018. I deliberately waited this long to give it a second attempt. After being refused , I immediately registered for various programs at NIIT, to acquire more certifications. I'm planning towards winter 2020. Since being on Nairaland, I have learnt so much, For instance how to fill the CIC forms properly, writing a SOP, and making the right choices.

With the knowledge so far gotten here, I believe I'm on the right track to achieve my aim. Thanks for the reply again.

Hello everyone! Happy may 29th.
I just received my GCMS note pertaining to my first application. The reasons for refusal as stated in the IRCC correspondence letter is Purpose of visit, Family ties in Canada and country of residence, Personal assets and financial status. Meanwhile, in the GCMS letter, it was stated I'm accompanying a minor to school, which is not true. Please Ogass FrankRobben, Qudkom, Mellow, Austacus, and all, willing to help a brother on his second attempt, your input would be highly appreciated. Thanks

NB: In my first application, I used the service of an agent who wasn't concerned about the outcome of my application, rather for selfish interest. I didn't submit a mission statement, and the receipt of the tuition I made, was also omitted.

Hi,

please can you share hw you got your GCMS letter.

cheers
