Ayotope1905: Hello. It all boils down to purpose and budget. Those two factors determine strongly the kind of laptop you'll end up with. You really don't have much choice if you have a low budget. One way to get direction is to look at the softwares you want to run. List them, then go online and check for their minimum system requirements. Thereafter, you do a comparison with the series of ELitebook you want to buy. So, you see, it's all up to you. Elitebooks are a nice series from HP. However, I'm trying to help you see beyond " oh it's nice" and "oh it's rugged" to "can it do the darn job". *cheers* 1 Like |

mcgift: D630,D620 comes in two types. The one with double VGA and the other with single graphic chip. As it stands it's either your laptop have developed 1. VGA issue 2. Bad RAM chip 4. Vcore section is bad 5. Main bios corrupt. See a laptop technician 1 Like |

clazzyice: This is common among paper screen,I don't know the model of your laptop though. Sometimes if you use Ur hand to press the screen flap a little the line will go away. In some cases,there is nothing you can do but if you notice the line goes away after doing what I said above, then a laptop technician can help you pack it . Just avoid placing heavy load on your laptop or place it in between a tight space. |

Good morning, I rcently bought a bluetooth dongle for my desktop PC with Window 7. After installing it , and the drivers. It cannot discover devices and it is not discoverable by other Bluetooth devices. I have enabled/checked the 'Allow devices to discover this device' option from the Bluetooth settings.. If have also tried the Bluetooth dongle in another laptop with window 8 same problem exist. Cc etech udemzyudex. |

I believe the dongle should be compatible with your OS have you tried all the USB port on your system if yes and the problem is still the same you might want to get the dongle replaced from where you got it from. Esji80: |

Type Run in windows search then type sysdm.cpl and press ENTER. Click the Advanced tab then click the Settings button under 'Startup and Recovery' (as opposed to the other two Settings buttons on that tab). Uncheck Automatically restart.
