Truth of the matter is, except Lagos, no other South Western state is remarkably developed, and it's cos the people ALWAYS wait for government to do EVERYTHING for them... There's a limit to what government can do... Therefore, any government that enters, will face his part... Ogun is more than divided,.... Egba man, hate ijebu man, Yewa man hate Remo man, etc.... They are that divided... If you go to Ipokia, Imeko, ijebu East, Ijebu Ïgbö, even many parts of Abeokuta, Yewa etc, you'll know that the state isn't impressive.... Besides Ogun is claimed to be the most developed SW state after Lagos o.... Now you can imagine the other states.

But Indians and Chinese and British are not all over the cities and Villages in Nigeria, even in the city where they are present their population is still minimal. You can not compare that to How you flood all South West cities and Villages
