Wow! Thanks for this information, but chicken tastes better with the skin. I don't think I can enjoy it without the skin.

Yummy Tofu and vegetable stir-fry. It should be healthy except that I eat it with noodles and other unhealthy stuff.


P.S I’m obsessed with Le-Crueset cookware (discovered their brand not too long ago). They are so worth it. Wonder why no one told me before. What with all the chefs on this thread . I started a collection. Red colors to be added next
