To do that, you need to also let him realize that he'll have to download the latest Rom and download manually but if he intends to go truth the updater app, he'll have to download all the updates and install them sequentially

No!
Manual or automatic, doesn't matter... The latest os is the only relevant os.

Author should relax and skip unimportant updates. Although attention should be paid to security updates, they may very well save a life

Not actually badass, but somehow they managed to optimise it to work superbly with miui especially with multitasking. The Redmi note 5a prime 3/32 holds more apps in the background than the 3/32 Redmi note 5, I think same is happening with the Redmi note 7.

Oh really..? Cos I posted a complaint of what I experienced? I now see why madgoat continues to troll y'all..

When I complained yday, peeps here proved me wrong, posted pictures, some concurred and others provided solutions and since then I've been calm..

So what's up..?

Lemme even add something else.. I thought this Snapdragon 660 is supposed to be faster than 425.. How come it's almost same if not worse sef? Is it cos of I'm using Full screen gesture?

And there's actually a dash of overhype here.. undecided undecided
Oga since you made that post, I've not commented anything on this issue o. Are you sure you quoted the right person?

Software OTA upgrade has nothing to do with bootloader lock/unlock statues.

You won't be able to update if you have altered your recovery.

As long as you haven't installed custom recovery, you will be able to update.
I have done nothing of such. Thanks for the input

Abeg when will Glo and MTN start talking about 5G?

Is it when the whole world move to 6G?

don't let people who say 5G go chop data 5G go chop Data foool you

I went to YouTube to hear from people who are already using it and what they are saying is,

if you want to download e.g 1GB movie from the Internet on 4G it will take 30-40 minutes but on 5G it will take 5 seconds.

Now the difference here is the timing of the download. On 4G 1gb will be deducted from your plan while on 5G 1GB will be deducted from your plan also.

It's like downloading with 3G and 4G LTE. Same 1GB will be deducted for downloading the same file but the difference is the timing. 3G might take 1r 20min to complete while a proper 4G LTE will take 30-40 minutes to complete. But 5G will take 5 seconds. But all of them will still deduct the same 1GB for downloading the same movie

You mean unlock bootloader? Rooting is nothing compared to unlocking bootloader and flashing custom recovery.

But Yes, if the gcam does not require a patch. Otherwise you'll need to unlock bootloader

Good morning gurus in the house. I want to ask some funny question.
If I get an update eg MIUI 10.5.2 and fail to update, will that stop me from getting 10.5.3?
If no, will the system demand I update the first update first or I will have automatic skip?
Please dont laugh at my primary school question
