I used to hate tofu too until I started going to a Thai place close my house that I used to totally ignore. My friend got me to try it and I’ve been a convert since then. I just try my best to make it how they make theirs. Let the tofu sit and absorb all the seasoning you make it with and you’ll love it.

Yummy Tofu and vegetable stir-fry. It should be healthy except that I eat it with noodles and other unhealthy stuff.

P.S I’m obsessed with Le-Crueset cookware (discovered their brand not too long ago). They are so worth it. Wonder why no one told me before. What with all the chefs on this thread . I started a collection. Red colors to be added next

Their cookware are extremely expensive but good.
Though sometimes start changing colour from 3 yrs upwards.
To me if any cookware can last 2 yrs with coating intact, it's worth the money paid for it.

Got to know about them through a food channel I usually watch on YouTube and bought only 1pot. Will be adding as time goes on.

They told me I have a lifetime warranty. I can go change it at anytime if it scratches or gets ruined before 10 years (unless I ruin it in purpose. Lol) or go for a reduced price replacement for life.
They are expensive alright. I want some more in different colors especially red but this small collection cost me about $1300+ so I’m taking a break for now grin

. BTW it’s only pots and pans
