@justwise, I got my refusal letter this morning. I critically explained the irregularities with my monthly payment in my cover letter which was acknowledged by the VO, so i still dont know the exact reason for the refusal. Kindly explain how best to tackle this and how soon can i apply 1 Like 1 Share

sonmom: 1. You need to reduce your budget to represent 2-3 months of your income 2.You need to reapply with your personal bank statement while adding your company's account as the source of the money in the personal account, the cost of this trip will come from your personal account and not from your company's. Your company's money is for the running of the business. You use the profit from the business for personal travels. 3. Provide documents to support how you made the money in your account. 1 Like |

emadamysy: You redacted so much of the refusal letter making it difficult to make sense of the refusal. |

Good morning guru, I intend applying for a UK visa in July and a friend has already sent me his British passport data page, Invitation, bank statement, tax clearance, and evidence of properties owned, as well as clearly stated in the invitation letter that he will be responsible for my accommodation and feeding. While I was previously refuse visa a year ago on the ground that the source of my fund is unknown, I hope to address the issues raised for my refusal. Question? 1. Should the next application be tourist/visiting visa? 2. Although I have a full-time employment, I registered a company with CAC after my first refusal. But I have not opened a company account with the name and all the transaction has been going into my personal account. Do you think it is a wise decision to mention the company? 3. Should I use a fresh document in my next application or use some document from the previous application to address the refusal? 4. Though I wrote an explanation of the fund in my cover letter, I realized the VO did not take his/her time to read through it. This time around, should I write the explanation in the "extra information section of the online application form" or use the cover letter? 5. Can I asterisk what I want to explain in my bank statement? 1 Like 1 Share |

I think 15 working days excluding public holidays.. so maybe June 13 or 14 is the appropriate day. Farrm22: |

May 27 was a bank holiday for them and counted as a public holiday. Also I think 4 and 5 June were public holidays that were counted by them as they didn’t send out ANY emails until June 6. FYsol: |

Good evening just wise,on this statement matter I’ve already printed out my statement and my hubbys own because of time to upload so honestly how long before it’s not acceptable. Then if my hubby is the sponsor and I’m writing a cover letter does he still have to write. Then if I have money in an office thrift society can I add it with a letter from the society. And I’ve said it here before my budget is 1.8m for me and 2 kids, and hubby should have about 3m.thanks |
