No ovarian Cysesis ruled out an ectopic. They should have said no uterine Cysesis that would suggest no current fetal growth. From the scan the uterus is normal and no signs of pregnancy

Will you keep quiet!
Nothing like CLEPTIC Pregnancy.
That word doesnt exist!
Next time learn to keep quiet

Oga scan says your wife is not pregnant but this might not be true because scan doesnt pick pregnancy immediately a woman is pregnant, she has to be pregnant for some weeks before it can be picked also note that ultrasound scan is operator dependent to some extent and machine may not be in good shape etc. I will advise you to wait and see your doctor, yes who knows it can be ectopic or molar pregnancy, or real or not at all. Whatever be the case will be appropriately addressed.

Peace!

A transvaginal ultrasound is an imaging scan that doctors use to examine the inside of a person's pelvic region.
the transducer is inserted in the vagina to examine the uterus

My wife went for a blood test in 2 different labs and the result from both centers indicates She was pregnant. We did a scan but the scan did not see She was pregnant, we were then advised to do Transvaginal U/S scan. Our next appointment with the doctor is next week but She is not at peace at the moment. Pending the time we see the doctor next week, Pls any medical practitioner should explain what the statement of result mean

Boss, you should have enquired more from the ultrasonographer that carried out the TVS and pelvis scan. She is pregnant yet they couldn't decode a gestational sac? I'm sure the person performed all round abdominopelvic to query ectopic cyesis( pregnancy outside the womb/ uterus). Everything from the reports above suggest normal limits!
She should calm down down. Tell her not to worry, if there was pregnancy, with time it would be shown. Except you got an amateur sonographer and he missed a case of ectopic pregnancy.

I am not a doctor but the conclusion (impression) seems positive with nothing to worry about... Cheer up your wife okay?

THE SCAN SAYS ALL YOUR WIFE SYSTEM RE IN GOD ORDER. THE IMPRESSON SAYS NIL OVARIAN CYESIS MEANS ON PREGNANCY DETECTED. MY EXPLAINATION IS BASE ON MY LITTLE EXPERIENCE FROM MY OWN SCAN. NO, IM NOT A MEDICAL PERSONAL. TELL MADAM TO CALM DOWN
Re: Any Medical Professional Should Explain This Transvaginal U/S Scan, Please by mgh2: 8:10pm On Jun 07, 2019
From the result above it can be summarily deduced that your wife is not currently pregnant and that her uterus is physiologically and anatomically normal though there are negligible evidence of uterine protrusion (Decidual reaction as stated in the result above).

The result went further to reveal that your next appointment is one week from the date the scan was done (1/52).

From my experience so far, is always advisable to conduct Abdominal scan as from 8wks of gestation.

Scan cannot detect fetal presence less than 8wks.

Wait until the pregnancy is 8wks and above for rescan since previous PT indicated positive.

Ask your wife of her last menstrual period from there you can do the math yourself.

NaijaOlosho:
Decidual reaction is a functional change that occurs in the uterine endometrium in preparation for pregnancy or during pregnancy

The impression of the scan means, that the uterus, ovaries, and adnexae are normal. No abnormalities were seen.

The pregnancy could be below four weeks that is why it's not yet visualized on scan.

TVS can see pregnancy at 4weeks

while Transabdominal scan can detect pregnancy at 5weeks.

Your wife should rescan in the next two weeks.

If the pregnancy test says positive then it means it's just a couple of days old pregnancy which can be detected by a blood test but too microscopic for a scan to detect for now. Pregnancy test can detect A 10 day old pregnancy.
Another scan in some weeks will reveal more.

The report scan shows she is not pregnant at the moment but my candid advise let her rescan in 2-weeks time provided that the serum pt is positive thanks.

A persistent positive PT with the above TVS result in 2 weeks time will not rule out abdominal (ectopic) pregnancy.I suggest u do an abdominal scan to rule out distant ectopic pregnancy sir.....
As u wait for ur appointment take note of any danger signs ( vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain, abdominal swelling etc ) and consult ur doctor as soon as possible...No need to panic ,watch and wait carefully

Am quite amazed the way young Nigerians react to serious issues, not everyone is in the medical field, everything is taken for a joke, keep mute if you have no credible interpretation to the clinical observation.
God have mercy for Nigeria with these people taking over leadership.
