Decided to try something new.
Toasted bread, beancake, lettuce with ketchup and mayonnaise.

It was horrible grin

Later ate them separately.

Can't remember when last I washed beans.
Get your beans and blend continuously without shaking. Use the lowest setting. I don't think it will take up to 20 seconds depending on the quantity.
Pour inside big bowl and add water. Leave to soak for some minutes and wash over tap using ur pestle or big spoon to turn it. I don't touch it with my hands unless I wanna wash the things I used in preparing the Akara.
Others may have other good ways they prefer too.

Beans flour just kill and bury the Akara flavour grin

DH first attempt making banana cake. Didn't add baking soda so it didn't rise as expected otherwise was amazing. Small dark brown sugar was used.

P.S I’m obsessed with Le-Crueset cookware (discovered their brand not too long ago). They are so worth it. Wonder why no one told me before. What with all the chefs on this thread . I started a collection. Red colors to be added next

This looks really good. I will get some tofu (awara) when I am out tomorrow. I have been craving it for a while.
