If you have looked everywhere and you can't the email, you might just have to use the contact form like that, as a last resort, rather than abandon it completely.
Some people still respond from contact forms on their Contact Ud page, especially the smaller businesses.

it actually depends on the city,
check the ACR to see how many times it has been saved on the internet also check the wayback machine to see if it was developed into s website this applies if it has ACR

lastly check godaddy appraisal to compare similar sales, if you dont spot up to 5 similar sale, it is risky
when i mean similar sales, i mean different city from the one you want to buy now but the must contain airport rides

finally check estibot to see the value and how many search it gets monthly,

if you done all this and it is good then is a good buy.
please also check backlinks an experienced domainer i do follow on youtube said if the backlink id more than 20 the domain was probably used for spam and therefore google has failisted it.
but if it wasn't spammed after you have checked then is a really good buy
so please check backlinks too

837$ is not decent Godaddy always appraise domain high, i just use go daddy to check similar name sale ...
i use estibot to evaluate, estibot will tell you the bitter truth.
if you want to know the backlink is it symbolized as BL on expired domain
