Don't mind them. Because we beat North Korea, the hype ha started.

We can't beat France. In fact we will be lucky to finish that match ith a draw. Our chances of drawing that match is 0.87%.

A good number of that french team play for good teams and they don't waste chances at goal. However, in my heart, I really want the girls to prove me wrong but I won't be surprised if they don't sad

The core of that French team won Champions league 4 times in a row with Lyon

Women's football is straight forward, we better than you we beat you

Hmm. No more minnows....

This AFCON go sweet.

Actually bro there are minnows in Africa football. The problem is that some of these big boys on the continent with some big name players(Senegal CIV, et al) don't always play as a team.. Maybe it has to do with arrogance on the part of the players or poor coaching....

Egypt have never really boost of having the best squad in Africa(as per big name players) but they are the most successful..

I'm not expecting the likes of Madagascar, Burundi Namibia, etc to produce much upset at the AFCON .they will just be tough to beat...

So you think that this is a well coached team? Listen, winning covers up a lot of things but if you can look beyond the win you'd realize that this team still can't do the basics. They leave a lot of spaces once they re not with the ball. Their off the ball movement is close to zero …. all eyes on d ball without watching the opponent free runners, no shape, can't pass, can't shoot, can't defend, and often don't know where their markers are.

Considering that we've been participating in the WWC for the past 20 years or so; one would expect to see some improvements. Was I expecting too much

O pari

The team play is so poor.

In football anything is possible so we need to stop the inferiority complex

Infe-what? Lol!

Oga it's not inferiority complex, the Falcons will take a hammering from France, they will take 0 points from that game.

They didn't have any chances to take. It could easily have been 5 if we had taken ours. We had the better chances.

France should please beat Norway so they can qualify with a game to spare and so rest key players when they play against Nigeria grin

Even if they play their third reserve eleven, we will still get a heavy hammering.

The Falcons team I saw today was woeful. They didn't deserve to win at all.

I'm very patriotic but even in my wildest fantasies I cannot see us scraping a win over that French team. Heck, if we get away with less than 3 goals that day we should consider ourselves lucky.

Gospel truth.

Omo, see squad

When you have a squad without fabinho, Marcelo and where ederson cannot make first team. A squad that benches William at Chelsea, then you just know they must be getting some things right with their football. I hop Naija can try to emulate them and get there someday.

if ROHR will be settling for mikel ndidi and iwobi in the midfield. .dropping nacho was a poor tactical decision because going by the above nacho is one player amongst the strikers that can play as 10/8/9 he can always come in for iwobi
Paul still a suspect to me Tijani kind of a player

If they are tough to beat then it's already an upset. Morocco went on to lose that game to Gambia yesterday.

Am not saying we will beat France o. We will even be lucky to get a draw but don't say women football is straight forward. Japan women vs Argentina should always be a high scoring win for the Japanese, but what happened? Australia will always trounce Italy, what happened? Even Canada laboured to beat Cameroun 1-0. So Bro, it's not that straightforward as u made it seem...

I agree with you on this. In fact, that's what Tite (Brazil coach) will most likely do because fact is Willian is not like he used to be and Neres is an upcoming star on good form.

We have also come a long way; I mean the Super Eagles. Rohr has been doing a hood job so far bar the WC misadventure. I don't think there has ever been a time like this when majority of our players were linked to top clubs in Europe. But we can do better sha.

I really hope for an excellent outing in AFCON. It will boost the profile of our players too
