I live in Oyo (Ibadan)...I have never seen a girl with this kind of tribal marks...I only see it on older men. That's my observation. What i see on girls is the normal 1 1 tribal marks.

A girl, not really. But I've seen it on older women. If older women have it, it's only natural to conclude that they had it when they were younger too!
