Yes you have been banned by the uk for 10 years. Read your letter to the end... then plus 3 US visa denials and then you still got fake US visa sticker. Kai. Why oh why.

Dimmy17:

Let me come out plain, I used an agent, on my first passport Dat has expired, he stamped fake US visa on it but he only submit the photocopy of the fake US visa page. So in the online application form he said have never been denied visa which is also a lie, cos v been denied us visa 3 times. However, th white paper Dat is always put in front of passport during the US visa Interview was peal of but not neatly done. But sincerely I saw all this on the day of submission cos he handed all documents to me on the submission day.
I accept the total blame but please what can I do now. Also I think am lucky my passport was not seized but I don't know if v been banned. Pls what can I do

Most times when assessing people they take into consideration your employment ties as what would make you come back to Nigeria. In your case, the entry clearance officer felt that what you said about your employment and your remuneration was not correlating. Infact I think they were confused and bamboozled with the information as nothing concerning your employment and the income you say you receive was clear....

your employment letter that you submitted says you dont have a monthly salary.. it only says u get money as per commission..

Thanks for for this thread. Here is my story:

I applied for a UK visa for myself and my wife. We needed 6 months and we paid for priority and equally paid TLS around 108k for prime time appointment. I contacted one guy that has an experience with UK visa and paid him 100k. I wanted to take my wife on a honeymoon. (I didnt want to go to Dubai since I have visited in 2014 and 2016). I work as a clearing agent and my salary is not a fixed amount ( i am paid by commission at any time of the amount, sometimes I can receive my commission up to 10 times in a month). Most times I easily make 500K a month and even higher when I have more clients. I work with a firm where I am the manager and I am equally allowed to have my own clients who I make profits from. I use my personal savings to run most of my transactions.

You can track your application by following the link sent to your email after you successfully paid for the Visa application. This takes you to Gov.uk site where you have to login. You will then be re-directed to TLS contact website. Click TRACK to see the status of your application.
.

I don't have any of such link in different email.

Goodafternoon.

Please kindly help. I am processing my student UK Tier 4 visa, all process completed with my school, only to apply in August 2019 to the UK Embassy in August 2019. My school resumes October 1st.

Please the issue is that, I just discovered that I am few weeks pregnant, not planned, not intentionally. By the time I am getting to UK in September I will be 3 months pregnant. Please I do not want to defer again, I have been defeating since last year, the program is only once a year - start every October.- it's a MRes research, to proceed later for my PHD. ( I have spent 7 years in the UK studying before, but came to Nigeria after marriage, I have travelled in and out of UK before).

Please when I get my visa, at the point of entry, how do I face it, when they discovered that I am pregnant while coming to study. Though my husband is coming to join me after 2 months, or be coming on visit.

Please help me.

Hello House,

Please on the section for "total amount of money you get in a year", please assist in what to write.

I have investments of 500,000 so I have ticked "Investment. So do I have to add this investment with the interest to my annual salary and provide in that field?
Or I only have to write my annual salary in that field?

Please clarify

Total amount means all the money you earn in a year..that includes interest

But wait oooo
How come you have a turnover of 50m while u are working with a company on commission? Is it that you are using your savings account for company transactions?
As a commission earner, embassy frown with it as it does not stand as a good tie on employment part......

Yes I think there are no more stickers... because I just received mine few days ago..and it looked like this.
Though I applied from Ireland though... cos I school here in Ireland..

Thanks for your response. Please is your own for six months? When did u submit? Why I am concern is that the person in question submitted on the 18th of April at Abuja, the visa was just received last week Friday. With the stating date to be 18/07/2019 to 18/01/2019 and the other date as 09/05/19. Did home office made mistake? Why puting starting date as July when we are still in June, is it a new way update? Kindly send me the dates put on y visa please. Thank you.

Do ECO actually spend time reading cover letters? In my last application, i stated that I am employed with an establish and also runs a self - employed business. Surprisingly, In taking decision for my last refusal ECO never mention the self-employed rather he/she denied me on the ground.

giselle237:
Remember that if you include the additional income and investments you stated in your last application, provide evidence of them as you were told. Also remember to probide evidence of your monthly income.
feel free to write a detailed cover letter even explaining to the ECO as though you were explaining to a 5 year old so that they may understand all the deposits they queried the last time with PROOF OF ORIGIN OF FUNDS.

I had very huge deposits into my account three weeks to my application in 3 trenches but it was from my spouse...and ORIGIN was my spouse’s salary.. although I was not using this fund as part of my trip... I wrote an 11 page letter to carefully explain each of these deposits and showed their origin and backed with my spouse’s bank statement.. it was clearly shown in this additional bank statement that these deposits were salary which were received and then transferred to me for upkeeping. They were all transfer transactions clearly showing origin for each one.

I also highlighted to the ECO how this has been a norm and not for visa application BY PROVIDING 1 year’s bank statement from my spouse to evidence the way that this was a norm in my household and not because I wanted to apply for a visa.
It was a lengthy 11 page read but I had to do it.
Do you have kids and immediate family members ? You can add supporting evidence to show and prove that they will be in Nigeria during the period of your travel and as such you will return at the expiration of your trip.

Please also include a well thought out itinerary of what you would be doing in the uk during this trip with your wife..
You can also add your tenancy agreement, rent receipts, purchase invoices of property and anything you feel will justify your tie to Nigeria. You cant risk a denial again.
All the best to you and yours!

Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by giselle237: 12:35am On Jun 14, 2019
sorry but did you check to see that there was proof in your submitted documents to substantiate every claim in your application and letter?
Well I had 3 deposits in 6 figures each very close to submission which would have definitely marred my application .. In my opinion, if they didn’t acknowledge my letter and see the evidence of the origin of these funds in the supporting documents I had there is no way I would not have been denied.
I wrote it as though I was trying to explain to a 5 year old..

Then how do you mean you are employed by an establishment and also self employed...

This is what i mean with employed and self-employed.

I have a Full time Job with ABC company- I submitted payslip, appointment letter, Payee tax clearance certificate, promotion letters, long service award letters, company introduction letter and annual leave letter.

I have 2 distributing vans supplying another company's product daily, which i tagged as self-employed - To support this, i submitted the distributorship agreement reached between me and the establishment, my trucks papers and hire purchase agreement of another trucks which was finance by the company.

The ECO made a decision that i my expenses is twice higher than my monthly salary and he/she raised concern on how i accumulated so much investment and properties considering my financial status in Nigeria, as my monthly pay would certainly not take me to such level.

Despite submitting those document and explaining them on my cover letter, the ECO never mention anything about the self-employed and the income from that. His/She emphasis was on my monthly salary which is #180,000. So it makes me wonder if they actually takes time to read it or i was just unlucky to get a lazy ECO.

Yea. Some clients pay my company through my personal account especially those I attracted personally.

I tried using my own company account but the account had issues. I guess that's what caused my denial.

Then their chances of getting a visa is almost zero. They need a miracle to convince the ECO that a complete stranger is dropping his 3M for them to spend on honeymoon

If I may add it sounds a bit suspicious that you will be willing to pay 3M for honeymoon to someone who has 300k savings.
Justwise you're doing a good job as always. You have helped me a couple of times in the past and may God give you long life to continue.

You don't have travel history because you did not successfully enter the US, you were deported for committing serious visa fraud.

I don't think you understood the seriousness of what you did..maybe you were wrongly mislead then but asking this question shows that you are willing to misrepresent in your next application.

I'm sorry if i came across too harsh but we Nigerians we need to do better.
