it is just the same way you make your fried rice. The only difference was i boiled my rice with coconut milk and fried my sauce with coconut oil.

Today I said I should do like my Nairaland foodies, I had a heavy breakfast. Long story short I have ended up in bed trying to recover from over feeding

It is MOIN-MOIN and AKARA day.
I used beans flour the other time.
But I have so much beans at home, so will have to SUFFER the washing process. Ouch!
Soaked the beans for 12 hours overnight to soften and make it easier to wash.

I hope it will taste better after all this suffering o!

Soaking your beans for longer hours or overnight is not advisable.
It makes the beans harder, with little or no taste left .

I tried it and regretted it .
