Sorry Dear, but this thread is for Canada study visa. However, I think there is a thread dedicated to US study visa on nairaland platform as well, you may do well to search it out.

State truthfully on the study permit IMM1294E form that you've been refused a US visa in the past and in the SOP should discuss about your intent to study in Canada and why you must depart after your authorized stay.

Statement of account, tuition receipts and all financial documents show go for the PROOF OF MEANS OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT column.

Degree certificate, SOP, siblings birth certificates should be uploaded in the CLIENT INFORMATION SECTION.

Letter of acceptance has it separate space on your MyCIC account.

No, the question states - Have you been denied a visa or ordered to leave Canada.... In a situation whereby you've been rejected a visa, the answer should be YES followed by the full details of the refusal (the type of visa, date and reason for the refusal).

Is the visa application fee +biometrics fee 56,000 naira?

For first time Applicant going for online route, the visa application fees is 65,450k. Second attempt applicant the application fee is 42,450k.

If you've been denied visa in the past in any country... Simply indicate that I have been refused a US, UK, New Zealand visa on (Quote the date) and the reasons for denial, on the account that you don't know the reasons for the refusal, the date and the type of visa and country you previously applied to is sufficient for the visa officer.

Its a 5yrs ban for misrepresentation. For your own good, declare any visa denial. Even if its Ghanian visa that you were denied

so the LOE is not necessary? i'm conflicted. i also dont want them to feel like this is her second choice but I also don't want them to feel there is a sensible reason why she was denied - there wasn't

OK I didn't get response to my inquiries but that's OK. I hope to just get everybody view on this.

First refusal in march-sufficient availability of funds to pay tuition without working, purpose and ties

Second refusal june- travel history, purpose , ties and personal asset. I have travel history and personal asset listed in all applications. From all said purpose and ties boils down to Sop.

Now school starts in sept 1 and have limited time and want to apply immediately.

How can I address this without sounding desperate to migrate when I'm just desperate to save time. I am 30 and engaged, he has agreed to give me a year to finish school so I am desperate for time because its now or maybe never.

Pls try IOM in Ikeja,I did that on Mon without bookings ahead and it worked for me.
Get their early enough, say before 7am and explain to the security guys.
With Gods favour, it is very possible.
