They kept making the arguement how better they are compared to Infinix users, how they are smart and know Tech, compared to Infinix or tecno users, i met one of the big guys dealing on PC in Benin, he is a friend as wealthy as they are as Tech savy as they are u will see all of them happy with their Infinix/Tecno phone

If Tecno or Infinix don't met ur spec go for a brand that offers it

This 3 device served me well in those days, used them a couple of years b4 i sold them, my brother i still make a lot of money selling them

Bought the L3 for 13 used for about 3 years sold it for 8k

Bought the Driod pad 8d 35 or 40k used for about 2 years sold it for 40k

Bought the Infinix Hot 4pro 55k used for 5 months sold it foe 60k

Those who bought this device still used them for years without any complaint

Since then I've used Xiaomi, Nokia now Samsung, till date i still recommend Tecno/Infinix.

In the period I've used those other brand ive bought 2 tecno feature phone and 1 Infinix smart 2

I don't see any reason why i should be hating on Infinix, if it doesn't met ur spec u can move to other brands, the hate or castigating is wat i don't understand.

Oga u people have no point, and ur hate can't stop the demand for Tecno/Infinix

Infinix phones are good, but since the number of sellers are many and the demand is high, there are alot of fake and substandard models out there, getting from trusted sellers and shops will save you from after sale problems, i don't have any observable problem with my note 5.

Also beware of buying from sellers who will repackage a device that was returned and resell.

Exacly, and since nobody checks them, these fake models find their way in the hands of people, the next thing is to complain on nairaland. I just doubt if transsion would just deliberately make pooor quality phones, everybody wants to stay long in business you know

If I'm buying a device from jumia i make sure i buy in between prices e.g if the cheapest is 13k and the most expensive 20k, i will pick from a seller selling 15 or 16k

My reason is that they are likely to sell me a device that have not been tempered with

The one that sells too expensive is greedy

The one that sells too cheap me be reselling returned device

The one on average is likely to sell u a better device

If I'm buying from offline stores (market) i buy my device from Ultra Benin, i son3buy device not even from slot or any other vendor

So far ive been lucky not to land a problematic device

My brother sorry about this, itzneowizy and spartacus11 you see the Problem with infinix, this is so wrong, and totally unfair, how can someone buy a new phone and without user damage, the phone on its own starts having issues, its criminal and unfortunately, spartacus11 most especially, promotes this problem by giving transsion so much credit. It may be a software issue.

Always enable and see if it'll charge. If it does, continue with the phone like that.

If not, Save all your data on the phone on a laptop, memory card or hard drive (back up) and then format or flash your phone.

If that doesn't work, take it to a carlcare office. Them go bill you sha.

Check your charging port connector...could be bent or having some particles which. Prevents full contact..if so clean it well....or try a different cable, or charger..

I have clicked on open severally, 'OTG conneced successfully' is what I got multiple times and the problem still hasn't been fixed.

I've used worse phones brother and it didn't give me problem. Especially when na only calls and messages I dey do ... Our argument here is that Infinix and tecno, compared to other OEMs, give less for more bucks... Only tecno, Infinix and itel will still be putting Helio P22 and HD+ res on phones that cost more than 50k... If u can't see this, then I'm sorry for u

Don't rub infinix problems on other brands, your plan to divert attention to other non transsion brands will not work, infinix is a RUBBISH CRAP, and this starts and ends with your transsion phones finish, we never go far, anither set of complains are still pouring in mtcheew

Dont get me wrong, whatever sense of judgement am giving is based on my experience using wide variety of these mobiles. I won't force you to pick a mobile over another, because at the end of the day, it trims down to user's preference.
I also didn't wanna join the argument brewing on this thread, because I made arguments like this 3 to 4years back and I believe I'm past that now.

Now, the second paragraph of your writeup. I understand that on paper, infinix s4 would seem like a high quality device and I also understand the difference in RAM between both devices. But there is something you should note, phone performance is never fully dependent on the size of the RAM alone. Many other factors could easily make a 2gb RAM phone perform similarly or even better than a 6gb RAM phone, one of which is obviously the system's platform I.e the chipsets, the clock speed, the CPU and some other important Criterias. That's where the s4 suffers.

Let's look at the Display Resolution of the both phones. Both phones are resoluted to a manageable 271 ppi. On paper this seems to be equal, the difference can only be noticed when both mobiles are placed side by side. It's well known that phone manufacturers easily lie about specification especially Transsion mobiles that's not operating under a regulatory body.

I've compared other specifications, the only area I think the infinix S4 will win is when it comes to the battery strength. I've lauded Infinix for their efforts on producing very efficient battery capacities. That's the only place the Samsung A10 will lack.

For a phone that's not worth 50k, the Samsung A10 still performs function of high end devices, same cannot be said about the infinix s4( user reviews can back me up)

I get you correctly... And ofcourse everyone knows that on-paper spec does not translate to real world performance...but we cant be blind to the fact that on-paper spec hints you on what to expect in the real world... If that's not the case why is there a spec sheet in the first place?

Moreover, it true that more ram, storage, processing power, pixel counts and so on doesn't imply more performance index. However, these things counts given proper optimization between hardware to software on devices.

Once again, Samsung A10 is not comparison worthy in the 'A10 vs S4' topic.
