Nigerians and sentiments. There are many sides to this story but mounting so much pressure of this man is so uncalled for because he's a pastor or because of the celebrity status of the party involved. We have had worse case situation and recent that nothing was done by this same activist or populist. let's allow the law court do their job and we should keep an open mind on the situation. We have not even had pastor biodun's version and we are making conclusions. I pray for his family and that of dakolo to be strong.
If I say a particular politician that you don't like is corrupt, you will happily agree
without waiting for the courts.
You will criticise those that disagree with you and tag them corruption as defender.
You will not ask for the "many sides" of the story.

The man has done the right thing.

It's sad that he allowed things to get to this stage. He has a problem and did nothing about it. He is both a sex addict and a sexual predator.

But is he a rapist? I doubt. Busola told a tale that was so weak that only people that love those plotless Nollywood movies could swallow. She also left out tonnes of her history that would have made less discerning minds smell a rat.

He raped you, took your virginity and left your house. You did not scream to awaken your sisters who were fast asleep. Then when your sisters woke up from sleep you greeted them "Good morning" and said nothing. What happened to the blood that emanated from a virgin rape? No doubt you cleaned the sofa up before your sisters woke up. After all this he still raped you a few more times and your rapists cousin who is only person who could have corrobated your story(according to you, you told him after you started dating) is dead now.

I also wonder why you chose to go out with your rapists cousin. Let me not go further and mention you said you left the church but did not reveal to us that you later returned and even followed your rapist from Ilorin to set up the church in Abuja. You also did not tell us that your rapist wed you to Timi after two children out of wedlock.Choir Master and Choir Mistress

You chose this rape allegation to shield yourself from backlash because the world would have mocked you like Ese if you told them you and the pastor were actually in a relationship. Although the man is reaping what he has sown, I don't believe he sowed rape. Apparently he has been sleeping with his followers ever since ilorin and it was public knowledge. You were one amongst many. Kudos.

Let the chemical reactors who lack analytical abilities continue reacting. One day they will be falsely accused also and cry because no-one will believe them

U've said it all bro,
this is what I've been trying to explain to some folks, but then, their emotions already clouded their sight

Good.

He should now seek the face of the court!

So much mention of "seeking the face of God" and nothing about court. He should sue Timi and wife for defamation of Character if hes innocent.

Leaving the pulpit is not enough

The church has to investigate first before he can proceed to the next stage... If the church absolves him of all wrongs then he can proceed and sue base on the recommnedation and witness of the elders and governing council

Saying mounting pressure on him to step down is uncalled for is a big NO NO! Thats actually the right thing to do take it or leave it!

You apostles of "the world lined up behind Busola without hearing Bioduns side of the story" forget that the world had given him the benefit of the doubt from past series of allegations until NOW!

The question remains; is he the only pastor?

Good riddance. Now that he has stepped aside as pastor of the church, a formal complaint should be lodged against him at FCT Police command and thorough investigation should be conducted. Every lady with a story of abuse by the pastor should be encouraged to come forward and tell their stories. At the end of the day, we want to see full prosecution of the accused if necessary.

We'll all soon see that the purported victim isn't /victims aren't interested in going to the police or prosecuting, cos they can't substantiate their claims... They'd rather prefer to talk about it on and on online.

They could have gone to the police from the beginning. The man's occupation of the office of pastor of the church didn't stop them from doing that... His act of stepping down shouldn't be what should prompt them to make a report.

wow spectator, now I really understand what apostle said about spectators you don't care if the pastor get to be restored even found guilty what u want is to see him fall, we all fall but we shall rise again. I pray you see beyond ur walls and understand the efficiency of grace and mercy upon every one's life. why do love to see ur brother fall and you laugh about it. we should be very remorse and stand with him to be able to say the truth if guilty and pray God should restored him back. we ate all like the prodigal son

All this brohaha people are talking about must be carefully treaded with cautions, I am of the believe and opinion that what happen between pastor fatoyinbo abiodun and dakolo busola then was between two consenting adults, and they were both having a very nice time as for then, I felt something very strange and secretive is happening now between pastor fatoyinbo abiodun and the dakolos that warrant all this Rape Allegations against the pastor, in all sincerity let Mrs dakolo busola says before her creator that she never enjoy the escaped both she and the pastor were having as at then, my final opinion is there was no Rape, only a teenager exploring the fantasy of womanhood and it was a great privileged for her doing it with the highly appreciated pastor of hers, and as for all the so called or self acclaimed celebrities, that are looking into the pastor Peck in the eyes, but forgetting the log in their own eyes, they all should be careful and know when and what to say on issues regardless if it is their members that are involved. Having a nice time with your pastor on several occasions is not a Rape since the person involved can wholeheartedly take a decision and she is also an adult.
