Did you unlock it yourself?

Check developer settings to see if oem unlocking is greyed-out

No it came unlocked. But it's rooted.

I even flashed one custom ROM on it but later reverse to mui

So English is obviously the problem. I didn't understand what you mean by grey out.
It isn't as you can see. Where can I get the pie update please

You need to find out if it was unlocked properly. Fake unlocking would probably brick it

Lineage OS, Pixel experience

Bootloader already unlocked but i never load twrp. I still dey flex miui pllus i don't even think there is any AOSP based ROM available for the K20 Pro yet.

I'll definitely port to an AOSP based ROM eventuary. cool
