I know what depression is.I was depressed for straight 8months.I cannot tell my story.I was dying inside but no one was seeing it.when it felt my mind was leaving my body I would tap my arm n say "this too shall pass and addicted, you ll be fine eventually"... Hmmmmmm. People don't understand. For the first time in my life I broke down seriously on my way home in broad day light. All I saw was tears on my face as I was crossing the road. People were looking at me without knowing what I was going through in my humble mind. I was just saying something like, "I'm tired, I can't take this anymore at 35". When will I settle down?

Thank God I wasn't at home but outside, only God knows what would have happened. Hmmmmmm.......

Those who commit suicide should always look beyond themselves and see how life is.

"Whoever turns away from my(God's) remembrance ,he would life a difficult life. "

Here God is reminding us of the essence of the spiritual side of life.
People should learn to lose what they have and wished for without losing themselves.
This is life.
And depression is not what certainly leads to Suicide.

Look at the rate at which suicide is happening you will see it happens most where materialism is being shown as the best of life when it should be internal peace and through contentment.

There are different types and levels of depression.
U haven't yet experienced acute depression and I wouldn't wish that to anybody. Depression triggers illness that's so stubborn to heal, do you know that?
What ordinarily drugs will take care of, ur body will be resisting medication. Some can last for yrs.

U have family who loves and stood by you.
Majority, their families were their nightmares.

I have been contemplating suicide but I try to remain strong despite the trauma.

We have something in common, I lost my immediate younger brother 12years ago (July 23,2007) to leukaemia.I have been depressed forever, the only reason I have not followed this part ( suicide) is because I don't know what's out there in the after life, but trust me everyday i seek for reason to still exist.
