Apc won't border to do that cos it will expose them further. They will drag the matter to technicalities.

Should the courts finally grant permission to inspect the server, then it will be a major victory for Atiku.
Which server?

This is a very silly testimony cheesy

How powerful is one polling unit inspector to cut you off N power?

He also said he is not happy with the outcome of the results meaning he is a baised agent from the onset.

He could have made a little sense if he said he was indifferent. cheesy

He also said he is a true Muslim, yet he was more than willing to forge a document for a mere stipend! not even a direct threat to his life cheesy

How do PDP come up with such stupid witnesses?
He said he was not happy with what happened. What happened is that he was compelled to sign the result.

Stop talking nonsense as usual.apc and buhari were given six days to defend themselves so they will likely call witnesses depending on the level of evidences given by atiku.
Finally,we have said this severally.the server results are just formality,it will lead nowhere.it is what is on manual sheets that count.what is your problen

Amongst the numbers of persons listed to testify for the PDP as witnesses are electoral officials , this in no way give out the electoral personnel as infallible so take a chill pill bruv.

On the veracity of the PDP agent's claim its left for the tribunal to decide based on how substantive his submissions are, not you or indeed any other person on social media.
So far this is the only witness that made a little sense but his claims must be substantiated beyond doubt

When you did not plan well to give fake testimony in court

He debunked INEC lawyer’s suggestion that he appeared in court to testify because he was aggrieved by the outcome of the election.

Asked to respond specifically if he was happy with the outcome of the election, he said, “I’m not happy with what happened.”

Some lawyers will not make heaven, after studying his emotion threw a stumbling question at him, a and great was the fall of the witness

You will see , did they list witnesses to be called like you assumed? They could have one year to do their rebuttal but, will decide on their strategy in response to the appellant's submissions.

Right now, technicality is where team buhari is heading. Let apc bring Prof Yakubu nau

Which fall? His unhappiness is specific. He is unhappy with rigging in Nigeria. He said elections didn’t hold in his PU.
Anyways this is Nigeria. I doubt Atiku will prevail.

Your opinion doesn't count. If you want to prove a point volunteer as a witness and testify in court
