First of all, you should not be watching paternity court. It is only ghetto trash people that put family matters on television. There is a normal court for family issues. They are trash not because I'd skin colour but because they want to air their dirty family matters for money. Those people are paid for their case to be on TV.

The reason the TV court cases are made available is because community courts are usually full so they offer whoever wishes to have their case heard on TV to submit their infos. Local courts forward these cases to TV courts to be heard and yes, they pay them because they travel from different states. I was once offered to appear on TV in 2010 to have my case heard but I declined. I was the defendant but plaintiff was eager to appear and accepted the offer. Unfortunately both parties must accept the offer for them to feature on TV. So if I accepted the offer and appeared on TV would make me ghetto?.
