I have been using Smartweb Nigeria for 5 years now.
As a web designer, I must say Smartweb.com.ng guys are awesome.
I had an issue with my WHM settings that was affecting sites on my reseller hosting and I was able to reach their tech support within minutes.
No matter the time I have contacted them (even 11pm); they are always there to provide assistance.
Besides that, their domain registration process is instant.
Anyone on this platform with similar experience?

Because for me the experience was very wonderful.

For the past 7 years I have subscribed to Smartweb's hosting platform, I realized recently that they have improved tremendously, even though, there were issues I encountered in the past. I have noticed new things they do now in terms of customer service satisfaction like; Giving support 24/7, most especially via chat. Do you believe that I had issue they fixed for me while I was chatting with them online. No opening of Support Ticket, they just held me for 3 mins and amazingly, the error was resolved.
