@kennylad90,
Do you mean it takes an average of nine months to get the visa?
What if one applied for winter adm and he was given two month to resumption and the visa have not be obtain b4 resumption date (due to the long month in obtaining it). Dat means one will lose the admission
Pls the step by step processes involve is not yet clear to me.

So far I haven't insulted anyone, u r calling me mannerless and still think I'm the aggressive one, anyway I don't have time for all this, I'm not forcing advice on anyone, if u recall it takes energy to dish out one, if professional help is so much an issue, well I take it back and now I will no longer give advice so I can rest, tired of typing things that ain't adding anything to my life anyway .... Please any June paper applicant, any feedback yt, anyone? grin

I have read the way you dish out responses to people and to be very honest you’ve got no manners at all. We are all here to learn and to try to do this things ourselves, when I was going to Cyprus for undergraduate studies, nairaland helped me back in 2013 and now I’m applying to Canada and I’m back here and getting help as usual. When someone comes here and asks a question or tries to make an enquiry and you don’t have a good response (which in your case is all the time) direct them to the right people or right links that would answer their questions without underlying insults or rudeness. Take it or leave it and I know you’ll still bash me cos that’s your way, you’ve not given any reasonable advice on here since I started seeing your moniker pop up, calm down please and you don’t have to respond to everything, infact in your case try not to respond at all unless they @ you until u learn to speak in public places
Enjoy the rest of your day.

After your medicals, did the hospital give you a slip? If yes, mail it to the office processing your application and copy Lagos office. If you were not given, call the hospital, and confirm if it was sent. Then send a mail to the office processing your application telling them the date your medical was completed and the hospital has sent it, but it hasn't been updated on your profile. Dont forget to quote your application number, UCI, date of birth and passport number, in any correspondence you are spending. I hope this helps.
Thank you for your response. The hospital has not sent the results though. They said they'll send it latest by Thursday next week.

Send a mail /webform attaching the e-medical slip given to you by the hospital to the visa office handling your application.
Mark the subject of the mail urgent (just discovered they respond to such mails faster)
I will do that immediately. Thank you

Send the medical slip(proof of payment or anything that relates to that) you got from the clinic to cic immediately. I think the clinic must have sent your result to cic already but just to be on a safer side try and send it today

Good day everyone
I was introduced to this page by my brother. Please i need help with my case, as I’ve been trying to pursue it alone and i decided to seek assistance from the GURUS in the house.
I was in Russia for 4 years but due to language barrier and other circumstances I wasn’t doing well academically so i left and came back to Nigeria. I have been in Nigeria for almost 1 year now and i have been able to reflect and realize my mistakes that led me to this point, i want to get my life back on track so i have decided to apply to a Canadian university either for a diploma or a BSC but I don’t know what to do or how to go from here.
I know my age might be an issue as i am 26 years old and i do not even know if i should mention to CIC that i was in Russia before, please i need you guys help and suggestions thank you.

I don't know what you are on about..if you haven't seen anyone approved with co-sponsorship then don't mislead people about it.

This is somebody's life, future plan, investment etc..so before you dish out advice here please remember the implication on the receiver.

Lastly agency/agent discussion here is a no no here.

Before you left to study in Russia, what's the highest academic qualification attained? It is important you disclose that you've been to Russia and the reason for your visit, this will be a contributive key in trying convincing the VO when writing your "statement of purpose (SOP)," as it will fill your study gap or provide answer to why deciding to study now since last academic qualification.

A Bsc will be the most suitable program given to your provided information. I don't see your age been an hindrance despite in some situation it could also be, but you covered.

All you need to do it put more work in your SOP, and try to meet the IRCC requirements of Sponsorship, Financial capacity, Home ties, and other level of establishment in your home country.

Good luck!

I’m a newbie here but from what I’ve learnt so far, it’s never advisable to lie in your application. So it’s best you mentioned that you’ve been to Russia. I think your SOP/LOE needs to be very strong too. Over to the gurus

Fingers crossed
