what did you soak this chicken in and for how long ?

It's the marinade- all your seasoning, milk and eggs. You soak the chicken in it and place in the fridge for about 2 hours after which you take it out, let it cool and then take out each chicken piece, coat (in an already made mixture of : flour, cornflour and baking powder) and then fry in oil.

You may want to boil the chicken first, I didn't and it was quite tough.
