Hello peeps

I need help on filling the Tuition part of my IMM1294 form,

My Program is for 16 months(estimate on the website is 27,500 CAD for 16 months) and my fee is based on number of courses registered (min of cool, Since the duration for Tuition is meant to be for a year , how do you guys think i can calculate One year from this...

Thanks in anticipation of your response.
An extract from one of my posts:

The section for( funds available, room and board and tuition) is one of the most confusing part for Applicants. CIC states that you only need to show figures or proof of funds for the duration of the first year. If you are going for a 2year program you are only required to show proof of funds for the first year (however there is nothing wrong with showing prood beyond the first year).
Therefore;
Tuition*- this figure should be the total roundup of your entire tuition fees for the duration of your program. In case you don't have the figure then provide the first year only.

Room&Board*- This should show expense for the first year. The default amount in this category is 10kcad however some province requires more I.e Quebec.

Total funds available for stay in Canada*- first year in consideration. The sum total of tuition, living expenses, books and supply etc. Should be filled here. Most times the school gives you a comprehensive breakdown

Others*- any non tuition fees will be recorded in this category. For example Medical insurance.

Bro the medical request should be uploaded before submitting in a separate section plus the police certificate should be scanned with other documents in the "client information" section.

Bro I didn’t see a section to upload the medical and I also read that they will request for the medical report, about the police report since I didnt upload it with other documents and I have submitted and paid, what do you think I should do ?
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 16 by Nobody: 8:37am On Jul 16, 2019

It means you didn't fill the study permit questionnaire well before uploading your documents. Do yourself a solid and upload via webform. Google "CIC webform" for more details or wait for your medical request and send via webform.

For the police report, since you have submitted already it will be better to wait for CIC to request for it(that's if they need it). As for medical, CIC will ask you to go for it when it's time

I can see you are a First class graduate which means you must be a very smart Kid who studied hard to get ur First class status. Now what I will need you to do is for you to read up this thread from previous parts, lets say from Part 14 to this present part and page, and I am certain when u would have read up all the information you need for a study permit Visa, U will be a First class prospective Canadian study permit applicant with relevant information... And in case u dnt still understand some little things after reading up, then u can ask me any question, I will personally give u a reply or any other Guru can give u a reply.. But first u must read up from Part 14. And note, from ur question I will know if you had read up the previous parts or not. So dnt play smart.. I see you as a very smart Kid, so I dnt expect you will come up here to be spoon fed with information, cos I am sure u were not spoon fed to get ur 1st class degree... Read up previous Parts and get the 1st class information you need... Peace

The problem is the block funds one has to transfer to the school accounts of those countries you mentioned, no be small money. At least for Canada and others, you are just required to 'show' a certain amount of money in your account and most people achieve that by telling friends and relatives to deposit into their accounts. For the block funds, it means the money must be yours, that means you can't borrow from friends or relatives. And if one is to take a spouse along like Norway and Germany, the block funds will be times 2 of what is estimated for a single applicant. When you calculate that, it is close to 11 million naira or more.
Oskydaniellyyy:

You are very much right. Canada denied me TRV last year in october 11, 2018. I sat down and I just look at everything and I said to myself 'why did l put all my eggs in one basket ?'

I discovered that I needed to try other countries like US, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Sweden and Norway. I applied to all the countries and I got admission in all. Then I started to consider the cost, the GDP per capital of the countries, post study visa/work visa, minimum wage, job availability after studies, overall economic indexes, and visa refusal rate of nigerians in those countries.

I narrowed down my mind to germany and Norway because no tuition fees up to PhD but you will transfer living expenses to the school before you apply for the student visa. The admission I got in Germany (M.ENG in design and development in automotive and mechanical engineering ) has some conditions like Germany language certificate at A1 level and tuition fees of 3000 euros per year which is still very affordable for me but in Norway, the admission came without no condition and with no tuition fees ( M.sc in Engineering design).

Then, I did all the neccesary things and applied for the study permit and within a month I got the study permit approved.

Some people might say because I was denied the Canadian study permit is the reason I am writing this. Well, my tuition fees in Canada is 20000 canadian dollars per year but with me going to norway now, I did not have to bother myself for tuition fees.
