I have a brand domain(CEKASO.COM) although two companies already have businesses attached to the name,a German IT firm(CEKASO.de) and US clothing brand. Name was registered via name silo auction 2018 and is due to expire in few months time.
Should I still hold on to the name or let it go?

I just checked online and the name seems to be trademarked since 2015. I doubt anybody would pay you for it but then hear from the bosses first.

Had it been you bought cekaso let's say 2014 before the trademark date ,then then trademark will not have much effect.

Same case Rick faced recently with ponflix.com buyer went to trademark the name this year for a domain of 22yrs.

I also had no Whois Privacy on the geo I sold for $1,500 earlier this year through outbound, and other smaller sales in between.

A guy replied with "thanks for offering me, how much? Blah blah blah"

I replied with "it is for a promo price of $400" which is the BIN price .

I waited for his response and when I didn't get any I sent him another message this morning " . .. how much will you like to get this domain I am giving you this offer particularly "

Then he replied me with "No thank you"

My head burst I replied with some toast and how the domain is good for him that he should make an offer himself. I even asked why he changed his mind.

Please expertz where do you think I made the mistake.
