They filed the case after social media momentum! The police have every right to serve them a letter. What is with all the drama and antics? The vehicle is obviously a police one. Strange car indeed. All they needed to do was collect the letter. He was not arrested yet he he is crying. And if he deserves to be arrested, he will be. Nobody is above the law. Neither pastors, musicians or photographers.

BTW when the guy raised alarm on said bus I was among the people that believed it was STAGED just to draw unnecessary ATTENTION but barely few hours it was reported that it was IG men from Abuja but what take them so long to come out of the bus in front of the house to KNOCK at the gate of the house to deliver the said invitation if not that they have inferior motivates probably trying INTIMIDATE them.

No the vehicle was not having a police plate , also the bus was tinted glass without any of the men of the force on uniform and secondly the manner they came to park in front of his house without coming out to deliver the said invitation was very suspicious, thirdly coming to deliver a mere invitation to civilians without a criminal records is uncalled for, imagine a country that is having a security challenges, such as terrorism, kidnapping ,killing etc .

I have been following this case and I haven't seen any news on reputable media organization or from Dakolo social media accounts that said an official complaint was made. if he had made a complaint, the police would have been acting on it and may have released an official statement just like they did on the senator assault case and Mr coza yesterday complaint.
Mr coza may have been waiting for an official invitation so he can defend himself but it did not come so he had to report them for defamation

that said, Mr COZA actually worked hard to ensure the case was transferred to Abuja to from Lagos. He knew about the complaint all along.
