No the vehicle was not having a police plate , also the bus was tinted glass without any of the men of the force on uniform and secondly the manner they came to park in front of his house without coming out to deliver the said invitation was very suspicious, thirdly coming to deliver a mere invitation to civilians without a criminal records is uncalled for, imagine a country that is having a security challenges, such as terrorism, kidnapping ,killing etc .
