I am a Christian. When Bible says time and chance, theirs was a typical example.

While people were being told to dress well to get maximum score, someone saw them in their not so impressive dressing and probed further on their circumstances and offered them automatic employment. The person has the right to and he used it.

Hmm, i think i know one who would have been lucky, he interviewed on the 11th, wore an old worn out chinos and green striped shirt, he was tall and the clothes where rumpled and too small, i looked at him and felt bad because i knew that for him to have worn such a cloth, he truly didn't have any other, money to buy or who to borrow from, when he stood up ppl looked shocked i am sure some laughed but i guess his clowning has become his glory... 1. They finished aggregating scores on Saturday (didn't state which scores were aggregated)
2. Plan was to finish earlier but due to number of candidates, they couldn't.
3. This week will be for setting cutoff per state and selecting based on FCC requirements.
4. Hopefully, list will go to presidency for ratification this week.
5. About 1300 to be hired but could increase. Increase may be because of list of 'special candidates' that may be added at the presidency.
6. Everything about who gets selected boils down to state of origin and number of people to employ per role.
7. Pray for favour.
8. Mentioned 2 indigent people that got automatic employment during interview. (I won't say more about this).

wow, i can't believe this. there is a lot to reply to here. But i won't give you the pleasure. And i only check this thread at certain intervals. mosgoon sent me a pm very early in this thread asking for info on NNPC. We got to know more about each other and discovered we had a lot in common..same course and same state after i asked about his state joking about competition in the NNPC process. He also interned previously in Pwc, while i in kpmg and when i learnt he was in mckinsey, i got intrigued more because i failed the mckinsey YLP process early on and had a relative going through the same process now.

I'm perplexed at the hatred displayed on here. i'm perplexed. the points you made doesn't make sense. if we profile many of us here, we would find out we visited same job threads, i have applied to exxon, kpmg, mck and now nnpc...so saying we were on the same thread is nonsense. many people would have similar reach.

this is unbelievable...nigerians i hail una. see the screenshot of his pm to me earlier below. I can upload more screenshots of our conversations with sensitive info blurred out if needed to debunk all this. I have thinking of doing so.

This can actually be true... I heard about the case of a guy that went for the interview and as many as the number of Panels... The guy went in to be interviewed by a certain panel that was headed by the young man's late father friend. He's dad died since he was 9 years old.Panel head said this young man must get the job because his father was an honest and trustworthy man while he was alive.
