Ok dear, but I can only eat garri, semovita and pounded yam. Other swallows aren't for me. The egusi soup looks yummy and sumptuous.

The second has yellow maize, millet, guineacorn, dryfish and crayfish.
While this variant I made contains Acha(fonio), finger millet and guineacorn
