After payment when Dan sent him a message on how to go about the domain push on namesilo, he requested a refund and sent me this message

yeah you don't own the domain you so. I have to sign up and register and then provide you my username and password? That sounds really shady and I want no part of it. So please go ahead and just refund my money


I tried explaining to him how it works that he wasn't suppose to provide his password,called him on phone,on whatsapp, he wasn't replying again.
Just ignore all.
After 3 weeks just woke up and the name was transfered.

He will get it transferred.
