So talking about developing ones recipe, I like to roast beef,chicken, pork, turkey fish etc and I always like to make my seasoning simple and a flavour bomb So I just use dry rub of Seasoning cubes Black pepper Salt ABIT of sugar Curry,Tyne etc Recently I was just staring at some scent leaves in the house and decided to incorporate it into the mix Used the manual blender to almost reduce it to a powder form and added it to my dry rub(wasn't dry again cos the leaves produced some water). Maybe dried one will be better but not sure if dried scent leaf still has that much kick to it Didn't have plenty time to allow it marinade Personally I enjoyed the result but thought it would be a whole lot better if it sits in a fridge overnight.
