• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Instrument and Controls Engineering, Chartered Status preferred.
• A minimum of 12 years’ Experience in the oil and gas plants, chemical plant or refinery
• Field experience and strong knowledge of electrical, instrumentation, and control systems
• Strong ability to share knowledge and train technicians
• Knowledge of international equipment specifications and codes
• In depth knowledge of standard international specifications and codes
• Knowledge of safety and quality procedures.
• Good communication skills, cost awareness and proactive approach
• Activity Scheduling and discipline work priorities
• Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task
• Analytical and problem-solving qualities

Please don't bother to contact if you don't have minimum of all of the first 3 requirements. You know instrumentation experience is a rare experience.

Hint: The pay could be equivalent to, or slightly more than, what an SS2 person in NNPC earns.

Am as optimistic as you are... For now no payment issues on discussion, issues due to undue advantage by those supposed to send the Tfare. List ready but yet to be approved. I have no idea of the number of persons, but the number per state is not the same.
I will post a picture of the quote of the Federal Character Commission which caused the controversy

In other words, APL cannot happen this week leveraging on the sketchy info availed here but pls keep us in the loop for any new development. Thanks a bunch

APL can be sent in less than an hour from approval time, it has been typed and only needs command and order... Its IT coded

His status is KIV which is Keep in view.. I Dont know his chances am only advising. Am not the HR nor the Panel chairman

Abi woh, they can simply ask him to bring it with him when coming for documentation proper

Seven parameters were actually scaled
Punctuality, dressing, Eloquence and confidence, safety not all were sacked on field related it was actually determined by the panelist. Some were based on their CV and documents others based on field and the general parameters of safety , problem solving and choice as well as goal related questions.
Its strictly state because not all 774 local governments were represented though some had more than 4 persons

Even if NDeltans are in millions, only a certain slot is available for each state, as a matter of fact, I think it is the lesser the better

Are Deltans up to 10 in your department

Oga i also did my IT in KRPC and the number of Deltans there are uncountable , in fact the MD then was a Deltan (Umukoro), i worked under three persons , A Deltan (Head of team), Edo man and another from Port - Harcourt .In Fact the Manager of my Department is from the East.

@TONYHOPKINS I just went through most of your posts, you seem to have a fair credible source.

I Dont know may be if am able to get the total number of employed then it can be worked out based on each states FCQS percentage.
