When some of the Zimbabwean white farmers relocated from their country to kwara state because of land issues, they came with their special breed, it was live on TV, Dangote starting his ranch will surely go for the best breed adaptable to the local environment, but I doubt if he will use the local fulani breed because they are not economically viable when it comes to meat/milk production.

You just said my mind, many feel RUGA is about giving Fulanis the land of the locals to breed their cows.
All the state government would've done was taking advantage of the money set aside by the FG for RUGA, build their ranches and other stuff, import semen from cow species abroad that that they feel can produce more meat and milk to inseminate our local specie and the job is done. We are already having our 'Efi Igbo' in Anambra today, no import of any kind, very many Anambrarians are into rearing of cattle but not the Fulani style.
