@Timtol ican remember you said that the owner of this bungalow may discontinue the decking because of the basement which he did not plan as resuit of expense so why suddeny change and i may ask is they any addition amount to the above budget thanks |

Hum2020:Far before the decking of the basement was done he already made up his mind to do it stage by stage if he can't proceed after he took some advise from me. I thought I updated the thread not knowing I haven't. Sorry for that. Per budget, no addition, immediately after the decking of the basement all expanses is going as planned. Thanks for always been here. |
