Thank you for your reply. However the PayPal account I have is the Nigerian variant. I tried creating the South African, I had issues with that . Any solution?

I think the Nigerian own should still work. I'm sure someone else would correct me if I'm wrong.

Are you ready to take to learn the rules?
Do you keep the FAQ and sample transcripts open while working? Hope it's not a smartphone, that makes things unnecessarily hard

For the PayPal, you can follow this link to learn how to do that https://drive.google.com/file/d/1L1TiijdFxxx81cj8a1q5rXZAjeidcQyC/view?usp=drivesdk after opening the PayPal account, go to your nearest UBA branch and tell them you want the international Africard. That's the card you'll use to get your funds directly from PayPal. Please note that you must always log into the Lesotho PayPal using the link provided in the document.

Take some time to read the FAQ and help before you start your first job. It is extremely important.

Thanks for clarifying.

I was kicked out because my last 10 calls average ratings wasn’t upto 3 .
I had ratings of 5s,4s,3s and 1s.
But you haven’t answered my question.
I have an account already. I just want to know if adding the PayPal from the previous one is safe??

You don't have to use the same PP email address for the new account

D1uncle:

Worth mentioning that you can link up to 5 emails to a PayPal account

Perfectly safe.
Take a break and study if you get back to back 1s and 2s. Don't ever go on a spree with low ratings because you have a $ target.

Whereas, my "good" 15+mins calls would have 199 statements with 5hrs to complete_!

Please I need help on choosing which cals to pick
I mean what the average minute allocated for a good 5,10, 15, 2p and 25minutes call

na only that Tom guy dey talk well. I worked on one of his call now, but released it cos of the customer.
I'm at a rating of 2.6. I just need 5 to go to 3.

I've learnt my lesson and will prioritize my rating, instead of a dollar target. When I initially started, I was all about making quick quids. Now, I'll take it slow and take this thing jeje. If you want quick money, this one no be for you o.

So I'm patiently waiting for 3 minutes calls with Around 1 hour duration to complete.

The issue was not from paypal, bro.

U funded 2k and #1050 was debited for the card, leaving u with #950.

U linked ur card and paypal charged u #360 or something and you had just close to #600 left in ur card.

The reason why it was declined when u tried to confirm ur card is that u did not wait for the #360 deducted for the linking to be credited back to ur card. At the time u tried to confirm it, u had less than #700 and that was why u could not confirm it initially.

That wasn't my case, because even the ₦360 wasn't deducted initially.
But the night it was successful, immediately I entered my card details, they sent me debit alert of ₦360 and credited it back within few minutes.
So for me I believe it was from PayPal.

So I picked a 6mins call with 2hours duration from l.io.n Insurance, but the call refused to end at 6mins. It had 120 statements and total statement time was 14mins. I ran out of time at 7mins. Is this normal?

Tried to fall in love with FC, but after 8 hours, I had to let the calls go, better that, than to get the dreaded 1 & 2.

Abeg, make I stay with my beloved PF, SR, and HL. grin

5min = 1hr 30min; 10min = 3hrs, and so on. This calculation has not failed me yet.

Happened to me like 3 weeks ago when I noticed that my amount earned and audio minutes for the transcript that I had just submitted was less than the call duration when I was working on it. Complained on Slack and was told that the difference would be added to my weekly pay manually but that's yet to happen. Since then, the first thing I do after picking a call is to verify the duration of the call before I picked tallies with the total duration of all statements so that I don't scam myself
