If it's a lab you got those reports from den am afraid you got scammed , but I still think you r lying cos dos disease names do not go together at all and mostly Ecoli isn't an STD ,it is an example of a coliform , Proteus mirabilis is a disease WIC causes kidney stones , staphylococcus aureus is d only meaningful STD and coliform describes a group of bacteria mostly found on vegetables and stools of animals eg klebsiella , Ecoli ,citrobacter etc it classifies these bacteria and is not a disease in itself
