Looks like our beloved thread has now become the target of unrelated advertising posts. Please lets report such posts as soon as possible so that we are not taken down. I just had to report one now

Please does the download option earlier work for those of us using phone?
Or is there another way out.
These missing audios are killing me right now..
I'm tired of wasting my release token for this.

if you can use the ESC key on Technical keyboard, then fine. It takes a great deal of patience still

I have been managing that escape key for a while now.
The last one I wanted to do this morning, homelight, was going well. All of a sudden I saw a very big gap. It to her all the audio with this. I mean a few seconds is okay. But when it's almost a minute then it's impossible .

Not true. Its possible. Just hold the ESC key down. That's what I do. Been working on my phone for about 2 weeks now.

Holding it down permanently or clicking on it?

"It really is advisable to give the call a listen before setting off to work." I'm in severe pains

Yeah, I face that even on PC.

On PC, pressing down (not continuous tapping) on the ESC button, plays the audio continuously. It would just be as though I am listening to a continuous audio without the breaks that the timestamp introduces into it. Audio only stops playing when you take your hand off the ESC key. Great help for missing timestamps.

I'm in pain, seriously! Submitted a 13+ mins call on Thursday, the job was rated 5 after some days. Today, it was reaudited and rated 1. No rating notes or anything. I went to Slack and it turns out, it was 1 inverted speaker. embarassed

It really pays to proofread your work severally before submission. As much as time permits.

Saw someone complaining about the same issue on slack.

This happened to me last week.
The funny thing is that I did not notice it until this week when I was going through my calls. When I saw the 1 rating I contacted the SCC that I did not have any 1 rating the previous week and then she asked for the call id. After checking, she told me it was inverted speaker and the call was reviewed again...

I asked her why there was no rating note and she told me that whenever calls are reviewed and rated again, the reviewers do not leave rating notes...

I feel ur pain bro.

The only snag with that is that there is no amount of long pressing ESC button that can get the missing audio before the clip starts and at the end of all statements. E.g. if your audio starts at 00:00:05 for example or if the last statement ends at 00:02:49 for a job that has duration of all statements as 3.1 minutes, your best bet would be to download the full audio

Gurus in the house, please I want to confirm something.

Assuming you're working on a call where the customer is giving his/her phone number to the REP, what's the correct way to transcribe it? Is it
A.
CUSTOMER: 070
Rep: "070"
CUSTOMER:2222
REP: You say 22 what?
CUSTOMER:"2222"
REP: Okay, "2222"

Or should it be as follows:
B.
CUSTOMER: 0702222
REP: Okay.

Please Guys which one is correct? A or B
