it all boils down to how the relationship ended. Let’s say I invested 5M as start up on a grocery store for wifey to manage. Then we break up on a bad note cos there can hardly be a mutual break up between married couples. I’m not talking boyfriend and girlfriend relationship here. Abroad if u as a woman is the one earning more than the man,u are the one that will pay more for child support. Yes I know. That's not d subject of discussion. I was only disputing d fact d woman isn't a gold digger by leaving with d car as long as kids are involve. Women contribute to marriage too both financially and emotionally. The woman might even have some money towards d purchase of d car and d man has a bulk of his money in d car that's why he's claiming ownership.
